Extra services is one of the things we have come to expect from Access Plus. Having had the pleasure of dealing with them over the last 9/10 years and watching their growth without the loss of any of the services they provide , one has complete confidence when contacting them for a hire or advice about the machine to use knowing that when you hang up the phone, you need do no more than contact them when you need the machine removed. This sums up how professional their operation is. I can hardly comment about their call-out/repairs as I have never had the need to use it, which again is a pointer to their excellent service and maintenance of their machines. I believe they are one of the best run hire companies I use, whose professionalism is reflected in the staff , the service they provide ,their knowledge of the industries needs, and in my case their ability to service this companie's requirements. Should this company further expand their operations into other geographical areas the industry would certainly benefit. Should they win first place in the future it would be well deserved.

During 2009/10, Access Plus and one other supplier were awarded a contract for the provision of powered access equipment to various sites throughout the UK. I have been using Access Plus as my main supplier for over 7 years now as the service they provide is second to none. They totally understand the client's requirements which is an essential part of the industry in this current climate and will go out of their way to ensure the correct machine is delivered to the timescales required even at 24 hour notice. No other company I have ever used has been able to achieve this and also they do not have the same understanding of our requirements given the nature of the works I am involved with. All the staff are extremely helpful from the hire team to the Directors and nothing is ever an issue. The equipment that they provide is high quality, all serviced prior to delivery and they are very reliable as I can honestly say that I have had one machine fail over the 7 years. They will survey a site for us to ensure that the correct machine is placed on site and they have a great network/partnerships with other companies which is invaluable to myself as I now only need to make one phone call and I know it will be arranged wherever the location. I have used numerous companies in the past and none can compare to the service that I receive from Access Plus. They are an excellent company to work with and it has been a pleasure to deal with them over the 7 years and I look forward to continuing this working relationship for the foreseeable future.
