Terms and Conditions

• All courses are one day in duration except harness ½ day.
• You will be responsible for ensuring all trainees have photographic ID on the day (i.e. passport or driving license).
• If onsite training is required you will be responsible for ensuring that a suitable training room and scissor and/or boom is made available; you will also be responsible for meeting all reasonable travelling expenses of the instructor.
• Trainees will be issued with a log book upon successful completion of their training.
• In accordance with our standard terms no licenses will be issued until all course fees are paid in full
• All prices are shown exclusive of VAT
• All courses must be booked in advance
• Payment is due upon receipt of training, unless agreed in advance in writing
• Cancellation charges will apply as follows:
• No fee will be charged if a minimum of 5 working days notice is provided in writing.
• 50% of training cost will be charged if 3-4 working days notice provided in writing.
• 100% of training cost will be charged if less than 3 working days notice provided
